Available dates are in white.
2) If it shows available, click on the time (10:30am) & the ‘Available' button will pop up. It will say
"Reserved' if it is not available for rent. Your reservation is for the whole day, not the one hour time frame.
3) Click on the ‘Available ’ button.
4) A screen will pop up, fill out the rental information, then click ‘Submit’.
5) A confirmation stating ‘Thank you for your reservation’ should pop up. You can now close this page

How to Complete Your Reservation
1) Once you have selected your date, print off the
Clubhouse Contract paperwork .
2) Fill out the paperwork. Must be filled out in the name of SHRA Resident only,
3) Pay via PayPal button above-fee is $75
4) Write a check for $100 to ‘SHRA’ for the security deposit. Check must be from SHRA Resident only.
5) Mail paperwork & check to address on the paperwork, do not send to the Associations PO Box. Paperwork must be sent in
two weeks after the rental is booked or the date will not be held
Once all steps have been completed, you will receive a confirmation email from the clubhouse coordinator.
