2008 Membership Assessment
Welcome to the Membership Assessment Payment page!
This page was developed to help make membership assessment payments easier for the members of Strawberry Hill Recreation Association. Below are the methods, terms and conditions for the 2008 Membership Assessment.
 Payment Amount 2008:
Strawberry Hill Recreation Association - $425.00
Payment Due Date:
March 15th, 2008
Payment Method’s
We accept Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. A convenience charge of $11.50 will be added for payments using a credit card.
Payment Receipt Methods:
U.S. Mail, Fax, or Telephone (Internet Payments coming in 2009)
Payment Terms and Conditions
- Payment in full is due on or before March 15, 2008, unless you select the split payment plan covered under Term No. 2.
- You may option for a 'Split Payment Plan' by making a minimum payment of $212.50 on or before March 15, 2008, and a final payment of $212.50 on or before May 15, 2008.
- A late payment charge of $25.00 will automatically be added to your total balance for each due date missed. Note that this means charged with two late fees ($50.00) if both payment due dates are missed. Late payment charge(s) applied if the payment is not received or postmarked by the due date.
- If you have a hardship in meeting these terms, please call to discuss any special accommodation request prior to the payment due date. Special requests will not be considered after a due date has passed.
- Make all checks/money orders or bank electronic payments payable to "SHRA".
- Include Account Number and/or include the remittance portion of this invoice with your payment.
