Bret Middleton President My family and I moved to the area in January 2006 and into Strawberry Hill in July 2006 after living in Conyers, GA for 7 years and Crawfordsville, IN prior to that. I have been an SHRA board member since April of 2007. My wife, Jan and I have been married for 15 years and we have two children, Tyler (13) and Jillian (4). I am a member of Masonic Lodge and Sons of the American Legion and have held several offices in both organizations. I am a sales manager for the largest lighting manufacturer in North America, and cover all of IN, southern 2/3 of OH and northern 2/3 of KY. I enjoy golfing and attempting to be a “handyman”. My family and I chose to move into Strawberry Hill for several reasons, but the most notable was for the family friendly atmosphere, sense of community and the pool and clubhouse amenities, along with wanting to be in the Kings Local School District. After living here for nearly 2 years, I am confident and comforted to know we made the right decision and will call this home for a very, very long time.

Reese Smith Vice President & Special Proje I moved to the Landen area in September 2002 and we moved into Strawberry Hill in May of 2004. I am a native of Jeffersonville, IN. Shauna and I have been together for over ten years and married for seven. We have three great kids~ Jaxon(6) Carter(4) and Avery(2). We have lived in several different places from the Indiana to New York. The most enjoyable for both of us would definitely be Buffalo, NY. We both believe if it's going to be cold, it might as well be snowing! Living here in Landen has been a great place to live and raise a family. We definitely considered areas that are more diverse, however, the neighbors that I have come to know have taken me back to a time where people spoke to one another on a daily basis. I believe that this is what a neighborhood should be like. When you have the opportunity to live in a place where you can stay within your neighborhood to enjoy good friends, good food and good times it's a great place to call home. I have been in the restaurant business for almost 15 years now. I am the General Manager for Don Pablo's in Newport, KY. I know it's not around the corner, but I love to see familiar faces, so please stop by. I enjoy my family, my neighborhood and watching my kids grow. And of course all sports~Go Louisville Cards! Landen is definitely a place I would recommend to all.

William Klum Pool, Special Projects Mr. Klum is semi-retired with more than 26 years of experience in the environmental, health, and safety fields. William is a graduate of the University of Dayton with a degree in Chemical Engineering with the majority of his professional experience involving Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Protection compliance for the U. S. Air Force. Since his retirement from the Air Force, he has been a consultant assisting clients with prevention, control, and correction of environmental health issues. He is a multiple local small business owner and responsible for the overall management, organization, growth, and financial profitability of these businesses. Additionally, William serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Design Review Board for the Landen CSA.

Beth Galberg Club House Rentals I’ve been a Strawberry Hills resident for 11 years. Together, my husband Steve and I have raised 3 beautiful daughters and have spent countless hours enjoying the pool and various community activities. I’m also a Preschool teacher by day.

Theresa Klum Business Manager Ms. Klum has more than 25 years experience in the financial, audit, and accounting fields. Theresa is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) and a graduate of Xavier University with a Masters in Business Administration (Quality Improvement). Her experience has been as a Senior Public Auditor, Corporate Internal Audit Manager, Controller, General Accounting Manager, and Operational Risk Manager. Ms. Klum is currently employed with Check n’ Go as the Director of Financial Operations. Ms. Klum is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a registration only status in the State of Michigan. In addition, she is an Officer on the Board of Directors of two regional private firms and is a local small business owner with the responsibility of overall management, organization, growth, and financial profitability of the business.

James Ball Webmaster I live in North Shore with my partner Sam and my two large breed dogs. We moved here in 2007 after living in downtown Cincinnati for 10 years. We love that we're still close to the city for work, but far enough away to feel we have the perfect retreat from the fast life. You'll often see us walking around the lake even in the worst of weather because the dogs (and us!) just love it so much.

Joe Harmon Tennis Courts I was born and raised in Maineville. I’ve worked at G.E. Aircraft Engines for 25 years in the Development Testing Area. My wife Maria and I, along with our children moved to the neighborhood 4 years ago. We truly enjoy the lake, the trails and the sense of community that Strawberry Hill offers.
